Corner coil heater
Ideal as a gate bushing heater that is resistant to high temperatures and also strong against resin coating.
Compared to band heaters, it has a longer lifespan at high temperatures and excellent insulation properties. Since it makes surface contact with the heated object, the thermal efficiency is significantly improved. There are four types of sheath cross-sections: 4.1 square, 3.5 square, 2.5x4.0 rectangular, and 2x3 rectangular. The connection part with the lead wire is a non-heating section, making it less likely to break at the connection. It is also possible to incorporate a thermocouple (J or K).
